Volunteering at the YMCA
From the first moment you become a YMCA member, you have an opportunity to effect the Indianapolis
community. But if you'd ever like to become more directly involved, consider becoming a YMCA volunteer.
We have opportunities to suit your interests, talents, and lifestyle.
If you are ready to become a Y volunteer, download the Volunteer Application or complete the Volunteer Contact Form to be connected with the Volunteer Champion at the YMCA branch of your choice. Click here for a listing of local YMCA branches.
PIKE BRANCH ADMINISTRATIVE VOLUNTEER Our Member Service area always needs help with filing and making Member Phone calls. If you have time, we've got the tasks!
WELLNESS VOLUNTEER Are you interested in fitness? We might have the perfect opportunity for you to contribute time on a weekly, or monthly basis, encouraging others and being present in the Wellness Cetner to welcome members!
YMCA INTERACTIVE ZONE We are preparing to open our Pike YMCA Interactive Zone on June 25th and we are in need of individuals who are excited about fitness and also have knowledge of a Wii Fit and DDR and would be interested in helping to monitor the area and encourage participation during open hours!
To volunteer at the Pike YMCA please contact Emily Burford at eburford@indymca.org or call 317.297.9622 ext.13.
